  • The aquatic center (pool) is designed for your use. Most of it is shallow enough for fitness classes or sports like water volleyball (and ask us what “noodleball” is; our villagers invented it), but there’s plenty of room for lap swimming, and a deep section opens even more possibilities. A hot-water spa/Jacuzzi pool also beckons.

  • You may well visit the Wellness Studio for a fitness class, or you might become a Wii bowler (there’s even a league for that). Regardless, this room has a springy floor that’s easy on your feet, and it has all the equipment you need to keep in shape.

  • The Cardio Fitness Room has the latest equipment for your exercise regimen, and the degree of difficulty is changed by an easy adjustment of hydraulics – no need to move weights around. Three flat-screen TVs give you something to watch while you work out.

  • Even the changing area is special, with private rooms, rather than men’s/women’s locker rooms.

  • None of these facilities would be attractive without people to help you use them, and our Wellness Team will partner with you on your program and help you succeed.

  • Also part of the Wellness Center are the Sheer Harmony Salon & Spa, which offers hair-styling and related services (cuts, perms, manicures) as well as therapeutic massage. Across the hall from Sheer Harmony is the Arts/Crafts Studio, where quilters, painters and various other artisans gather.
